We didn’t work on his pitch. We worked on his conviction. Because I’ve seen this often: If you’re trying to convince, people hesitate If you truly believe, people lean in The shift? From “Here’s my idea” → to “Be part of building this with me” That’s when everything changed.
Most founders don’t lack ideas. They lack deep, internal belief in them. And that’s what people actually respond to. If you’re building something, this is worth reflecting on.
